3.1 7-Day Inspection Period
If your organizer arrives damaged or missing a component, please notify us within 7 days. We offer a free replacement for the specific part or the entire unit once our quality team verifies the issue.
3.2 Returns for Change of Mind
- Standard Items: Can be returned within 7 days if they are in original, unassembled, and resaleable condition with all packaging intact.
- Custom/Bundled Sets: Large-scale pantry or wardrobe “Full-Makeover” bundles are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned due to a change of mind.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned product passes our inspection at our Islamabad warehouse.
